If you’re like us, you go through paper towels like crazy. From general cleaning to soaking up messes, sponges don’t quite do the trick and paper towels are only good once. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you that it can add up quick.

We tested this product on similar spills that you see mister “Vince Offer” soaking up in the above infomercial and it did it almost exactly as you see in the video, so in terms of soaking up messes through carpet, cleaning dishes and wiping spills off the counter and that sort of thing, it works exactly as advertised.

For drying cars off after a wash, ShamWow does work overall but left behind some moisture (the same you would get from a damp towel), so if you’re planning on using it for this sole purpose, you might reconsider.

Washing was as easy as tossing it in an actual washing machine.
