There are countless occasions when every new parent has wished they could understand why their baby was crying and what they really wanted. There are always times (usually in the middle of the night) when parents try feeding, burping, changing and cuddling and still Baby carries on wailing.
The Dunstan Baby Language has been in use since 1998. Developed by Priscilla Dunstan, an Australian woman who was seemingly born with an unusual talent – from a very early age she demonstrated a photographic memory – for sound. As an adult she became a successful opera singer but the birth of her son Thomas changed the course of her life for good.
Because of her special talent for deciphering sound she theorized that each different, cry, wail and gurgle her young son made must mean something different, and if she could figure out what they meant she could comfort and care for him better. After years of further research she was able to produce a classification system for different infant cries and built her Dunstan Baby Language System from there.
Priscilla’s innovation has been featured on talk shows and news magazine programs across the world, and is used by thousands of parents to gain a better understanding of their infant’s needs.
The Dunstan Language system is available as a special DVD and book learning set but you can preview some of the best tips from the program for free by simply entering your email address here. See for yourself how easy it can be to truly understand what your baby is trying to tell you.
